Aon / cut-e
Short, tightly timed reasoning tests and gamified challenges. Aon publishes practice tasks.
Format
- Aon says most individual tests last under 15 minutes and have a time limit. Personality questionnaires usually do not.
- Numerical, verbal and inductive reasoning tests, plus gamified challenges such as switchChallenge, gridChallenge and gapChallenge.
- Aon recommends a PC or laptop and an up-to-date browser.
Rules to know
- Aon says that if you reach the interview you may be asked to complete a repeat module, so the online result gets checked.
Where practice helps
Helps
Speed matters on these tests. Doing Aon's own practice tasks first means you do not spend test time learning the format.
Does not help
Personality questionnaires have no score to raise.
